Charney Robinson-Williams is a dedicated leader in the social impact sector, committed to transforming innovative ideas into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience as an activist, entrepreneur, content curator, and outreach strategist, she excels in building connections and securing resources to empower nonprofits and mission-driven businesses.

As the Founding Principal of Noire Impact LLC, Charney guides social impact leaders and entrepreneurs through the complexities of funding and strategic development, ensuring they not only sustain their initiatives but also achieve significant growth and success.

Her passion for creating inclusive opportunities is evident in her collaboration with Make Justice Normal (MJN), where she partners with organizations to reimagine systems and develop equitable financial models that foster lasting impact.

Charney holds a Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Political Science & Africana Studies from Rutgers University, reflecting her belief that informed action is the catalyst for real change.

Inspired by the empowering words of Rep. Ayanna Pressley and Shirley Chisholm, Charney embraces the philosophy: "If they don’t give you a seat at the table, don’t bring a chair. Build a new table."​ This guiding principle drives her to create spaces where diverse voices are heard, and innovative solutions are developed to address today's challenges.
